Harbor Wing presented a short brief on our company to the audience.  Mr. Terry Downing of Raytheon announced that Harbor Wing would be accepted as an applicant for the Department of Defense, Mentor Protégé program and would work with Raytheon toward completing acceptance into the program.  Raytheon advised they reviewed over twenty company finalists for acceptance before deciding on Harbor Wing as their new applicant.
